AUSTRALIAN VISA
To obtain a health certificate for an Australian visa, you must have previously submitted a visa application and paid the visa fee.
When you come to us, please bring a valid passport and HAP ID code.
Please send the passport copy and photo in digital form by e-mail (info@innomedica.ee).
In addition to the doctor’s visit, you must have a lung X-ray, a venous blood and urine test.
We send the health certificate digitally through the e-Medical system.
Only chest x-rays, blood and urine test results performed by the Innomedica medical center are accepted for visa application processing. Innomedica’s contractual partner for x-rays is located at Kotka 12, we will issue a referral during the visit.

NEW ZEALAND VISA
For the New Zealand visa health certificate, it is required to submit a visa application on the New Zealand immigration page.
When you come to us, please bring a valid passport with you.
Please send the passport copy and photo in digital form by e-mail (info@innomedica.ee)
